Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFO:

We currently use NZPost for all shipping which will usually arrive within 2 - 5 days of dispatch, once packed.

General pricing below:

NZ Post National	$7 - $15 *
NZ Post Rural	*plus $5
NZ Post International	$35

 

ORDER PROCESSING:

Once your order has been placed, and payment processed, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. 
It may take up to 3 days to process and pack your order. Once shipped you will receive a secondary email containing the tracking number to let you  know your order is on the way! 

STORE PICKUP:

Prior arrangement can be made to collect your order from the storeroom free of charge. An email will be sent to confirm approved time, and to inform you when your order is ready for  pickup. 
Select STORE PICKUP as shipping option at checkout.

LOCAL DELIVERY:

Delivery is possibly within the Kapiti Coast region for a $3 fee. Address still needs to be entered at checkout. Delivery will be made within 5 days of the order being processed.
